Bitter on Agile ...
I'm not really bitter or unfavorable to agile. Bitter is just my last name.
I like to say that I "evolved" into a project manager. Over the years, I was a developer, tester, test lead, development lead, analyst, and more which lead me to be a project manager. I consider it an evolution, learning along the journey.
And I'm still learning today. In the last three years, I have embraced agile and believe it is a risk mitigation technique that can be used in any situation -- maybe at just varying levels of intensity.
